(a) As used in this article, the term âgraffiti or other inscribed materialâ includes any unauthorized inscription, word, figure, mark, or design that is written, marked, etched, scratched, drawn, or painted on real or personal property. (b) As used in subdivision (d) of Section 742.16, the word âcustodyâ means either legal custody or physical custody of a minor.
