A regional center shall notify the clientsâ rights advocate, as described in Section 4433, of all consumers placed on an involuntary psychiatric hold or in a Lanterman-Petris-Short conservatorship pursuant to Section 5250, 5260, 5270.10, 5300, or 5350.
