The enhanced behavioral supports home provider shall be responsible for coordinating the development and updating of each consumerâs individual behavior supports plan with the consumerâs individual behavior supports team. The initial individual behavior supports plan shall be developed within one week of the consumerâs admission to the enhanced behavioral supports home.
