The hospital director is responsible for the overall management of the hospital. In the hospital directorâs absence, one of the other hospital officers, or in the absence of the other hospital officers, a program director, or other hospital representative shall be designated to perform the hospital directorâs duties and assume the hospital directorâs responsibilities.
