All written findings and orders of the court shall be served by the clerk of the court personally, by first-class mail, or by electronic service pursuant to Section 212.5, within three judicial days of their issuance on the petitioner, the minor or the minorâs counsel, the parent or the parentâs counsel, and the guardian or the guardianâs counsel.
