Of the funds appropriated for purposes of this chapter, not more than 7.5 percent shall be used for state support staff to facilitate the Office of Child Abuse Preventionâs ability to manage this program, provide for program evaluation oversight, and manage the activities of the task force created pursuant to Section 18994.9.
