For purposes of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply: (a) âChildrenâs servicesâ means any services provided by any state or local agency or private entity for the health, safety, or well-being of minors. (b) âCouncilâ means an interagency childrenâs services coordinating council established pursuant to Section 18986.10.
