The office shall do all of the following: (a) Prepare and execute grants with the successful applicants for the prevention training centers and primary prevention programs. (b) Monitor and evaluate primary prevention programs and prevention training centers. (c) Notify any local child abuse prevention council when a primary prevention program grant award has been made in its service area.
