The training requirements of subparagraph (I) of paragraph (13) of subdivision (g) of Section 16519.5 shall include training on the importance of the caregiverâs role in education, educational protections specific to foster youth under state and federal law, and the rights and obligations of caregivers to access and maintain educational and health information, including the requirements under Sections 49069.3, 49076, and 56055 of the Education Code and Section 16010 of this code.
