Unless the context otherwise requires, the definitions in this section govern the construction of this chapter. (a) âProjectâ means a model supportive services project supervised by the State Department of Aging. (b) âOfficeâ means the State Department of Aging. (c) âElderly personsâ means persons aged 60 and over.
