An Office of Family Planning shall be established within the State Department of Health Services. The Office of Family Planning shall be under the control of an executive officer who shall be known as the Coordinator of the Office of Family Planning. The coordinator shall be appointed by the State Director of Health Services and shall be an individual with training and experience in family planning.
