(a) Each year, by no later than January 10 and concurrently with the release of the May Revision, the State Department of Health Care Services shall provide to the fiscal committees of the Legislature supplemental fiscal information for the Medi-Cal Specialty Mental Health Services Program. This supplemental fiscal information shall include service-type descriptions, childrenâs and adultsâ caseload and fiscal forecast by service type, a detailed explanation of changes to these forecasts, fiscal charts containing childrenâs and adultsâ claim costs and unduplicated client counts, and summary fiscal charts with current-year and budget-year proposals. (b) For purposes of making the information described in subdivision (a) available to the public, the department shall post this information on its Internet Web site.
