(a) If a Medi-Cal beneficiaryâs Medi-Cal eligibility worker is changed, notice shall be sent to the beneficiary within 10 days of the change. This notice shall include the workerâs name, address, and telephone number, and the beneficiaryâs Medi-Cal case number, and hours during which the countyâs Medi-Cal eligibility workers may be contacted by the beneficiary. (b) This section shall be implemented on or before July 1, 2001.
