(a) Notwithstanding any other law, effective April 1, 2019, the maximum aid payments pursuant to paragraph (1) of subdivision (a) of Section 11450 in effect on July 1, 2018, shall be increased by 10 percent. (b) The countiesâ share of costs resulting from implementation of the increase to maximum aid payments pursuant to subdivision (a) shall be subject to Section 15200.
