It is the intent of the Legislature that federal funds received pursuant to the federal Child Care and Development Fund be allocated according to federal regulations. For purposes of this section, âChild Care and Development Fundâ has the same meaning as in Section 98.2 of Title 45 of the Code of Federal Regulations.
