The board shall maintain in its office and open to public inspection at all reasonable times during office hours, a book or books to be known as the bond record of the drainage district, containing a complete record of the existing condition of the whole of each bond issued as compiled from time to time from reports from the State Treasurer, from which can be ascertained the amount of bonds outstanding and the interest accumulated and unpaid thereon.
