Unless the context otherwise requires, the definitions set forth in this section govern construction of this article. (a) âSubaccountâ means the Arroyo Pasajero Watershed Subaccount created pursuant to Section 79069.4. (b) âWatershedâ means the Arroyo Pasajero Watershed.
