If a majority of the votes cast are âTransferâYes,â the board shall at the time of the annual estimate under Chapter 1 (commencing with Section 75350) of Part 8 of this division, include in the estimate the amount voted, or if the notice of election has provided for levying the special assessment in annual installments, the board shall, at the time of the annual estimate in each of the years specified in the notice include in the estimate the amount of the installment required to be raised in that year.
