As used in this part, the following terms have the following meanings: (a) âCommissionâ means the Citizens Advisory Commission created pursuant to Section 6602. (b) âDamâ means Oroville Dam, its appurtenant structures, the Feather River Fish Hatchery, and the Oroville-Thermalito Complex.
