The provisions of Article 1 of this chapter relating to the filing of assessment lists, hearings thereon and approval thereof, and actions to correct, modify, or annul the same apply to assessment lists prepared pursuant to this article, except: (a) Assessment lists prepared pursuant to this article are not required to be prepared in duplicate. (b) A copy of the assessment list need not be retained in the district office. (c) Actions for the correction, modification or annulment of a supplemental assessment must be commenced within five days after the assessment list has been filed in the office of the county treasurer.
