(a) A âresident voter seat,â for purposes of this chapter, means a seat held by a trustee elected by voters as defined in subdivision (b) of Section 50780.10. (b) For purposes of voting for a trustee to hold a resident voter seat, each voter may cast one vote for each resident voter seat.
