The notice shall state all of the following: (a) The filing of the petition. (b) The names of the petitioners. (c) A description of the land mentioned in the petition. (d) The prayer of the petition. (e) That all interested persons may appear at the office of the board at a time named in the notice and show cause in writing why the change of the boundaries of the district, as proposed in the petition, should not be made.
