Upon first publication of the notice required by Section 46788.1, there shall be added to the amount to redeem as provided in Section 46786 the sum of the following: (a) The cost of publication of the notice required by Section 46788.1. (b) The cost of ascertaining the parties of interest, including the cost of any title reports.
