The notice shall contain all the following: (a) A description of the property assessed. (b) The name of the person to whom it is assessed or a statement that it is assessed to unknown owners if such is the fact. (c) The amount then due on the property. (d) A notice that the property assessed will be sold on the date therein stated in front of the county courthouse to pay the amount then due on the property.
