This chapter shall apply to the Irvine Ranch Water District, the Santa Margarita Water District, and the Moulton-Niguel Water District. As used in this chapter, âdistrictâ means the Irvine Ranch Water District, the Santa Margarita Water District, or the Moulton-Niguel Water District.
