(a) The districts may convey water in a drainage course within the boundaries of each respective district for the purposes of treating and reusing that water, if the conveyance, treatment, and reuse meet the requirements of state and federal law. (b) For purposes of this section, âdrainage courseâ refers to a drainage course with regard to which each respective district has a right of use. (c) For purposes of this section, âwaterâ refers to water with regard to which each respective district has a right of use.
