A district may sell, convey, lease, give and take options and contracts of sale upon, and otherwise deal with property acquired by it through a collectorâs deed, including sale to a former owner or holder, on terms and at a price approved by its board. Instruments to accomplish the same shall be executed and acknowledged by the president and secretary.
