The terms ânavigable waters,â âadministrator,â âpollutants,â âbiological monitoring,â âdischargeâ and âpoint sourcesâ as used in this chapter shall have the same meaning as in the Federal Water Pollution Control Act and acts amendatory thereof or supplementary thereto.
