The San Bernardino County Flood Control District shall give assurances satisfactory to the Secretary of the Army that the local cooperation, required by the Act of Congress approved August 13, 1968 (Public Law 90-483, the âFlood Control Act of 1968â), will be furnished by the district in connection with the plan of improvement for flood control adopted and authorized in Section 12747.
