The Riverside County Flood Control and Water Conservation District shall give assurances satisfactory to the Secretary of the Army that the local co-operation required by the Act of Congress approved July 14, 1960 (Public Law 86-645, 74 Stat. 480, Title II, the âFlood Control Act of 1960â), will be furnished by the district in connection with the project for flood control adopted and authorized in Section 12719.
