The San Bernardino County Flood Control District shall give assurances satisfactory to the Secretary of the Army that the local cooperation, required by the act of Congress approved October 27, 1965, Public Law 89-298, 79 Stat. 1073, Title II, the âFlood Control Act of 1965,â will be furnished by the district in connection with the plan of improvement for flood control adopted and authorized in Section 12681.1.
