A âpassenger transportation vehicleâ is any vehicle, including a trailer bus, designed, used, or maintained for carrying more than 10 persons including the driver, which requires the person to have in his or her immediate possession a valid driverâs license for the appropriate class of vehicle to be driven endorsed for passenger transportation.
