The provisions of Sections 4458, 4460, 4461, 4462, 4463, and 4464 shall be fully applicable to motor vehicles identified under this division and the terms âidentificationâ and âidentification certificateâ shall have the same meaning as the terms âregistrationâ and âregistration card,â respectively, as used in those sections.
