The department shall develop an â800â telephone number system to facilitate public reporting of violations of Article 2 (commencing with Section 31400) of Chapter 5 of Division 13. The department shall include in the departmentâs âEl Protector Programâ public outreach activities that publicize the â800â telephone number system.
