(a) There is in the Transportation Agency the Department of Motor Vehicles. (b) Whenever the term âBusiness, Transportation and Housing Agencyâ appears within the Vehicle Code, it shall refer to the Transportation Agency, and whenever the term âSecretary of Business, Transportation and Housingâ appears within the Vehicle Code, it shall refer to the Secretary of Transportation.
