Any person whose license is suspended or delayed issuance pursuant to Section 13388 shall pay to the department, in addition to any other fees required for the reissuance, return, or issuance of a driverâs license, one hundred dollars ($100) for the reissuance, return, or issuance of his or her driverâs license.
