The following fees shall be paid to the department: (a) Except as provided by Section 42231, a nonrefundable fee for the original issuance of a license, fifty dollars ($50). (b) Fee for license renewal, fifty dollars ($50). (c) Fee for a duplicate license, fifteen dollars ($15).
