The curriculum prescribed pursuant to Section 11219 shall include, but is not limited to, the following: (a) The rights and duties of a motorist as they pertain to pedestrians. (b) The rights and duties of a pedestrian as they relate to traffic laws and traffic safety. (c) Information that emphasizes respecting the right-of-way of others, particularly with respect to pedestrians, bicycle riders, and motorcycle riders.
