Each applicant for a license or for renewal of a license under this chapter shall submit an application to the department on the forms prescribed by the department. The applicant shall provide the department any information concerning the applicantâs character, honesty, integrity, and reputation which the department considers to be necessary. This section shall become operative on July 1, 1988.
