(a) The provisions of Chapter 4 (commencing with Section 2901), Chapter 5 (commencing with Section 3001), and Chapter 6 (commencing with Section 3251) of Part 2 do not apply to this chapter. (b) The provisions of Article 2 (commencing with Section 2652), Article 6 (commencing with Section 2765) and Article 7 (commencing with Section 2775) of Chapter 2 of Part 2 do not apply to this chapter. (c) Sections 2609, 2610, 2611, 2625, 2712, and 2712.5 do not apply to this chapter.
