For the purposes of this chapter, âpersonâ includes, a claimant for benefits and any officer, employee, director, partner, or agent having charge of the affairs of any employer or employing unit with regard to the violation which occurred. âPersonâ also includes both natural persons and legal entities. More than one person may be charged with violations under this chapter, where control of the affairs of the employing unit, or employer, is shared by more than one person.
