The funding of individual project grants by the panel may take the form of either direct grants to the employer or training agency, or credits to the employerâs liability for unemployment insurance contributions or reimbursements. Credits to the employerâs liability for unemployment insurance contributions or reimbursements shall be drawn from the Employment Training Fund.
