The term âcounty highwayâ as used in Sections 954 and 954.5 shall be deemed to include, but not be limited to, any public highway, road, street, avenue, alley, lane, drive, way, place, court, or trail, or any purported county highway, public highway, road, street, avenue, alley, lane, drive, way, place, court, or trail.
