The commission is requested to grant high priority for construction on uncompleted portions of Route 118 for which no construction contract has been awarded, in order to enable the department to award other major construction contracts, so that construction may proceed without delay on the route until it is completed, unless precluded therefrom by any conditions beyond the departmentâs control.
