As used in this chapter, the following terms have the following meanings: (a) âCommitteeâ means the Passenger Rail Finance Committee created pursuant to Section 2701.12. (b) âDepartmentâ means the Department of Transportation. (c) âFundâ means the Passenger Rail Bond Fund created pursuant to Section 2701.05.
