As used in this part, âtollsâ include tolls, charges, rentals, rates, traffic charges, and other income and revenue actually received or receivable by, or for the account of, the district for the use and operation of equipment, rolling stocks, ferries, properties, and facilities for travel that are constructed, owned, operated, or maintained by the district.
