Whenever the term âBusiness, Transportation and Housing Agencyâ appears within the Streets and Highways Code, it shall refer to the Transportation Agency, and whenever the term âSecretary of Business, Transportation and Housingâ appears within the Streets and Highways Code, it shall refer to the Secretary of Transportation.
