The notice of election shall contain: (a) The time and place of holding the election. (b) The boundaries of the election districts. No election precinct shall be partly in each of two or more districts. (c) The names of three judges for each election district, to conduct the election. (d) The hours, which shall not be less than eight, during which the polls will be open. (e) The amount and denomination of the bonds, the rate of interest, and the greatest number of years for which the last-maturing bonds will run. (f) The purpose for which the proceeds of the bonds are to be used, including a brief description of the proposed work and the materials to be used. (g) The signature of the chair of the board, attested by the clerk of the board of supervisors.
