The bond shall be entitled âImprovement Bond.â The provisions for payment of the bond before maturity, as contained in the bond form in the Improvement Bond Act of 1915, shall be inserted in the place of the similar provision in the bond form of the Refunding Assessment Bond Act of 1935. There shall also be inserted in the bond form after the title of the refunding act the words âas modified in the Municipal Improvement Act of 1913.â
