The provisions of the Improvement Act of 1911 relating to work performed on a state highway, county road, or railroad right-of-way, as set forth in Sections 5101.7 and 5101.8, are incorporated in this division as if fully set out herein, except that references to âthis divisionâ shall be deemed to refer to Division 12 (commencing with Section 10000).
